DIVA Challenge 273 Tangle Remix
This week's challenge from the DIVA is to take one of your old tiles and make it better. At first when I read the challenge I thought I wouldn't be able to join in. I am not at home this week, but traveling in our RV, so I couldn't find an old tile to remix. But wait, I brought lots of art and Zentangle supplies with me, so I started digging. I have a bag I carry around with me for tangling, and that bag has a lot of pockets. So, low and behold not only did I find one tile, but 4. 2 that were completed, and 2 that were started and never completed. The one I picked is almost a year old, and was never finished. I know it's not the same as redoing one, but I did revise and redo the patterns that were started on the tile, and in a pinch it will have to do.

Lovely, both!
ReplyDeleteIt looks much more finished this way, great job!
ReplyDeleteIf I had seen the first one first, if you see what i mean, I would have liked it. But when I see the final version, it's got so much more depth and style.
ReplyDeleteI think many of us have abandoned tiles in odd places. If I get distracted in the middle of one, I generally never go back to it. I like your finished tile and hope you are having a lovely trip!
ReplyDeleteWOW! Great contrast! Love your remix!
ReplyDeleteI love your finished piece! There's so much movement;-)
ReplyDeleteI love the way you finished your tile. Isn't it fun to find treasures that we had abandoned and then make them beautiful? You surely did!
ReplyDeleteGreat persistence and love the finished piece!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful finished piece! I love the way that you completed it, very stunning.
ReplyDeleteLike the way you finished it! Now it is swingin´!
ReplyDeleteI love the way you finished this piece. It takes the eye for a wonderful walk through your tangles. Beautiful! (I had posted a comment earlier in the week, but my idiot computer isn't liking me much, so I'm trying again)
