Our challenge this week from the DIVA is to try out the tangle, Skye, by Margaret Bremner. I knew I wanted to try this tangle when I saw Margaret's tiles and step-outs on her blog, so I was happy it was the challenge this week. It has a bit of a learning curve, but I thought it got easier each time I tried it. I will be playing with this tangle more in the future!

ReplyDeleteNice flow across the tile. I like the Shattuck border. That is one of my favorite tangles. Nice shading also. I really struggled with it on this tile.

ReplyDeleteI really like the way your Skye is fat in some places and narrow in others - it adds to the flow. Also love your skye "wings", and your background frame.
