DIVA Challenge 202 Duo Tangle: Chebucto vs. Copada
I love the duo tangle challenges, and this time it is two of Margaret Bremner's tangle patterns! I have used Copada several times before, but Chebucto was new to me. I started this tile without a string and drew Chebucto first and Copada just kind of jumped on for the ride. Fun challenge!

Love this one, Sue! They definitely go well together. I've used Cobada quite a lot (love its versatility) but have never come across Chebucto before. Gorgeous!

Beautiful tile! :)
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful work. It reminds me of some edging on one of those fancy embroidered garments you might see at a museum. Lots of detail.
ReplyDeleteGreat tile! Love how you worked them together.
ReplyDeleteReally nice fan.
ReplyDeleteNicely done.I like how the Chebucto is center stage.
ReplyDeleteYour piece is beautiful! Your wonderful shading really adds to the beauty and I agree with Deb Roth, it looks like some sort of vintage lace or fabric embellishment. Always enjoy seeing what you create!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful tile! Fine contrast!
ReplyDeleteNice tile
ReplyDeleteWOW...Sue, this is a perfect combination of Chebucto and Copada !
ReplyDeleteIt certainly looks like Copada is liking the Chebucto train.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeletePretty, pretty.
ReplyDeleteI like this tile and the tangleations you found.
